Involuntary Clapping

I think we’re conditioned to clap. We grow up doing it. So much of the TV of my youth had laugh and applause tracks.  I remember going to game shows or live TV show tapings where they told us when to clap but clearly they’ve been doing this for years. We’ve been programmed. We clap at church. We hear something we like enough and we just break into applause. The other day I was watching a Facebook video of someone on singing on the Voice. That girl was amazing and here I was all alone at home clapping to my computer screen.
